‘Day-of’ Wedding Coordinator | Ceremony + Reception
A ‘day-of’ wedding coordinator assists, not just the day of the wedding, but in the month (or two or three) leading up to the wedding by managing all logistics of your wedding day such as arrival times for vendors, timelines and organization of the day, and anything else that may come up. As a day-of coordinator, my priority is to help you feel comfortable and calm leading all the way up to your honeymoon. I will organize and orchestrate the rehearsal and ceremony, be on call for any questions or emergencies, and keep the day's events on schedule. All of this without the bride, her mother, or any other person feeling the pressure of running the wedding and attending it. My desire is to fully understand your hopes and dreams for your wedding day and make sure those expectations are met. As past brides will attest to—peace of mind on your wedding day is worth every penny spent on a coordinator. This package includes an assistant that aids in many vital areas.
This package includes (3) meetings in the (3) months leading up to the wedding*
Ceremony Coordinator
Covers the basics of the ceremony, answers questions about the order of ceremony, etiquette, and programs, creates a seating chart, directs ushers, and determines the order and arrangement of the bridal party. Includes running of the rehearsal, provides timelines and contact information for the family and bridal party, pins boutonnieres, provides wedding day emergency kit, and ensures you have a beautiful wedding ceremony.

Reception Coordinator
Works to learn exactly what you envision for your reception and then creates a timeline that includes all those events and details, manages all of your vendors on that day, can work to create a layout, communicates with vendors leading up to the reception as needed, and ensures the reception is set up just as you wish before guests arrive. Oversees timeline, unexpected changes and delays, catering, music, cake cutting and clean-up to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This package includes two (2) meetings leading up to the wedding*
‘Day-of’ Wedding Assistant
If your wedding requires more hands-on-deck or you would like to include services otherwise not included in a package, one or more capable assistants can be hired.
This must be requested one (1) month prior to the wedding
Hourly Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator
For the Bride that needs help with select issues such as getting started, picking out vendors or venues, reviewing contracts, wedding design, managing budget, etc., we will help you by suggesting vendors, giving advice and helping in practically any way. Also may be used for smaller events requiring help in the areas of invitations, site selection, menu design, and day-of coordination.
This package has a 2 hour minimum booking
Partial Wedding Planning and Full Coordination
This package is for the bride who is excited about planning her own wedding but would like some professional help and guidance along the way. This package offers twenty (20) hours with a personal planner to use in whatever way is most helpful to you—whether that’s crafting, visiting venues, scouring Pinterest for inspiration, creating seating charts, or simply going over the wedding details and asking questions—and also includes the services offered in the ‘Day-of’ Package for both Ceremony and Reception. This package also gives you access to your personal planner via email and phone during normal business hours (9:00am-6:00pm) to answer any questions. Also includes an assistant.
This package includes three (3) meetings* plus twenty (20) planning hours
